I am submitting this request to become a member of the Stakeholder Working Group (SWG) for the IL 173 Keystone Road study. I understand that as a SWG member it is my responsibility to: (1) to attend all SWG meetings (or send representative). I am aware that this commitment will require attendance at three weekday meetings held throughout the study process. IDOT is operating under a schedule for this study and SWG meetings will be scheduled to coincide with other study activities. (2) To assist IDOT in the planning and design efforts related to improving the IL 173 Keystone Road intersection (3) to be willing to step down from the SWG if I’m no longer able to fulfill my commitments so that the SWG’s work can proceed in a timely manner. I understand that in order to function effectively, the SWG membership must, to the extent practical, represent a wide variety of interests in the community and may limit the number of members who represent similar interests/entities. I understand, therefore, that my submittal of this request form does not guarantee membership on the SWG.
