I am submitting this request to become a member of the Community Advisory Group (CAG) for the IL 173 at Keystone Road study. I understand that as a CAG member it is my responsibility to: (1) to attend all CAG meetings (or send representative). I am aware that this commitment will require attendance at three weekday meetings held throughout the study process. IDOT is operating under a schedule for this study and CAG meetings will be scheduled to coincide with other study activities. (2) to assist IDOT in the planning and design efforts related to improving the IL 173 at Keystone Road intersection (3) to be willing to step down from the CAG if I'm no longer able to fulfill my commitments so that CAG's work can proceed in a timely manner. I understand that in order to function effectively, the CAG membership must, to the extent practical, represent a wide variety of interests in the community and may limit the number of members who represent similar interests/entities. I understand, therefore, that my submittal of this request form does not guarantee membership on the CAG.
